It can be overwhelming and intimidating to seek therapy, but once you take the step to seeking help you are closer to a brighter future. I am here to support you in your journey to finding a sense of peace and a fuller life.

Each individual is unique. Therefore, no single therapeutic approach works for all clients. It is my goal as a therapist to create an individualized approach to meet the specific needs and expectations for each client. I utilize various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based, and Solution Focused.

I have experience assisting clients of all ages with issues such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, social skills deficits, self-harm, and self-esteem. Although every client has a different treatment goal, I strive to offer all clients insights, skills, and resources that will lead to a fuller life.
